WHEREAS, the Case No. 1:21-CV-708, Cassaday v. United States Government, assigned
to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney shall be reassigned to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist. Both
Article III Judges have consented to the reassignment of the case, and the undersigned has
concluded that the case should be reassigned under Local Rule 3.3.2(b) for reasons of judicial
economy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign Case No. 1:21-CV-708,
Cassaday v. United States Government to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist, under the approved
procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
Case No. 1:21-CV-708.
