WHEREAS on November 14, 1995, the Court established the Voluntary Facilitative
Mediation (VFM) Training Fund by Administrative Order No. 95-076, to support mediator
training and related educational activities in connection with its VFM Program;
WHEREAS the Judges have unanimously approved that, while the VFM Program will
continue, the Court will cease collecting any fees related to the program effective October 1, 2025;
IT IS ORDERED that the Court will cease collecting any fees related to the program
effective October 1, 2025. The program descriptions on the Court’s website will be updated
accordingly to reflect this change.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the VFM Training Fund shall remain in effect and be
administered until its balance is exhausted.
