WHEREAS, Case No. 1:22-cv-39, United States of America v. $31,000.00 U.S. Currency
Seized from 31419 Fawn River Road, Sturgis, Michigan, currently assigned to Honorable Janet T.
Neff, is a civil forfeiture action related to United States v. Donley, Case No. 1:22-cr-03, assigned
to Honorable Jane M. Beckering;
WHEREAS, both Article III Judges having consented, Case No. 1:22-cv-39 is reassigned
to Judge Beckering as the judicial officer assigned to the underlying criminal matter per W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the Administrative Order shall be filed in
the cases referenced herein.
