LATE HONORABLE DOUGLAS W. HILLMAN ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
AND THE HONORABLE BENJAMIN GIBSON NO. 09-019
RESCINDING ADMINISTRATIVE
ORDERS NO: 03-018 and 03-019
WHEREAS, post-judgment matters requiring judicial attention are filed infrequently in
civil and criminal cases formerly assigned to the late Judge Douglas W. Hillman and retired
Judge Benjamin Gibson;
AND WHEREAS, the orderly administration of justice will be fostered by clear direction
regarding judicial assignment of such matters;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that such post-judgment matters in both civil and criminal
cases formerly assigned to Judges Hillman and Gibson shall be automatically reassigned to their
successors in office, namely the Honorable Janet T. Neff as to Judge Hillman’s cases and the
Honorable Robert T. Jonker as to Judge Gibson’s cases.
