729, Sango v. Sherry L. Burt, et al., assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff, and both Article III
Judges having consented to its reassignment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, this matter is REASSIGNED to Judge Neff, pursuant to W.D. Mich. LCivR
3.3.1(d)(iii)(B).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that referrals in this case shall be assigned to Magistrate
Judge Sally J. Berens.
