In United States v. Domenech, et al., 63 F.4th 1078 (6th Cir. 2023), the United States
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit entered an opinion vacating the district court’s orders and
remanding for reassignment and further proceedings. The mandate has now entered.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 1:06-cr-245 shall be reassigned by random draw for all
further proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in the above-listed case.
