ORDER
This Court suspended Movant from the practice of law in this Court on December 1, 2022.
See Admin. Order 22-AD-102. This was based on Movant’s suspension (by consent) from the
State Bar of Michigan, and this Court’s Local Rules governing attorney discipline. Movant has
been reinstated to the State Bar of Michigan by Order dated January 11, 2023. He moves for
reinstatement of the privilege of practicing law in this court.
Under Local General Rule, 2.3(b)(v), the undersigned may reinstate an attorney when the
original suspension was based on reciprocal discipline, and when the originating jurisdiction has
reinstated the attorney. That has happened here and the undersigned believes reinstatement is
appropriate.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that Attorney Phillip Daniel Comorski (P46413) be and hereby is
REINSTATED to the practice of law before this court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall serve a copy of this order
upon Attorney Phillip Daniel Comorski at his last known address.
