In recognition of the superior efforts of all employees of the Court during the past year:
The United States District Court and Probation & Pretrial Services for the Western District of
Michigan will be closed for regular business on November 24, 2023, and December 22, 2023.
FURTHER, an additional (8) hours of Administrative Leave is granted to all employees
which shall be used before May 1, 2024.
FURTHER, all District Court filings due on November 24, 2023, and December 22, 2023,
will be accepted as timely on Monday, November 27, 2022, and Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
