Plaintiff Jill Caruso has filed four (4) separate actions against four (4) separate entities
alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Upon review by the Chief Judge and with
consent of all concerned District Judges, IT IS ORDERED that the following cases are cognate
cases to 1:11-cv-1153 (Caruso v. Grand Valley Limited Partnership) and are therefore reassigned
to the Honorable Janet T. Neff:
1:11-cv-1154 Caruso v Denny's Inc. Filed 10/29/11
1:11-cv-1155 Caruso v Bob Evans Restaurants of Michigan, LLC Filed 10/29/11
1:11-cv-1156 Caruso v United Hospitality, Inc. Filed 10/29/11
All future cases of similar nature filed by Ms. Caruso shall be assigned to Judge Neff by the
Clerk of the Court.
Future case assignments to Judge Neff will be adjusted to reflect the reassignments pursuant
to this Order.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in all cases referenced herein.
