A vacancy has occurred in the office of the Clerk of the Court by reason of the retirement
of Thomas L. Dorwin, effective August 5, 2022;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Michelle Benham is appointed Acting
Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, effective
August 6, 2022.
