finding the above matter was a cognate case to Stafford-Smith, Inc. v. staffordsmithgroup.com,
Case No. 1:20-CV-401, a case assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff;
WHEREAS, with the consent of both assigned Article III Judges, Case No. 1:20-CV-402
is reassigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment
of cognate cases.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case.
