WHEREAS, on August 9, 2022, the Grand Jury returned an indictment in this case,
and it was randomly assigned to Judge Janet T. Neff; and
WHEREAS, upon closer review of the docket, on July 19, 2022, Judge Jane M.
Beckering was randomly assigned to review a motion for reconsideration of a magistrate
judge order in this matter. Judge Beckering held a hearing and issued an opinion and
order on August 2, 2022 (see U.S. v. Gerald Bennett, 1:22-mj-256).
NOW THEREFORE to serve the interests of justice, this case is hereby reassigned
to Judge Jane M. Beckering for all further proceedings. Another case shall be assigned
to Judge Janet T. Neff according to the approved procedure.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
