WHEREAS, Case Nos. 2:25-cv-28, Whitney v. Helfert, et al., and 2:25-cv-95, Poupore v.
Helfert, et al., are currently assigned to the undersigned, and Case No. 2:25-cv-94, Jenkins v.
Helfert, et al., is assigned to the Hon. Jane M. Beckering;
WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat has recommended that Case No. 2:25-cv-
94 be reassigned to the undersigned, who was assigned to the earliest-filed of these cases, pursuant
to W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(c);
WHEREAS, the affected judges have consented to the reassignment and the Court being
mindful of the need for the exercise of judicial economy; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has concluded that the above-referenced case should be
reassigned:
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 2:25-cv-94 to the
undersigned.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Jane M.
Beckering according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the cases referenced herein.
