WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has determined that Case No. 1:25-cv-998-
JMB-PJG, Artis v. Baylis et al., Case No. 1:25-cv-999-JMB-PJG, Artis v. Enterprise Holdings, et
al., and Case No. 1:26-cv-1290-JMB-SJB, Artis v. Enterprise Holdings, et al., are related under
W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii);
WHEREAS the earlier-filed cases are assigned to Magistrate Judge Green; however, the
referral on the latest-filed case is assigned to Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens;
WHEREAS Magistrate Judges Green and Berens have consented to the reassignment of
referrals in the later numbered case;
IT IS ORDERED that in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve judicial
resources, the referral judge in Case No. 1:26-cv-1290 shall be REASSIGNED to Magistrate
Judge Green, according to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Magistrate Judge
Berens, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
