WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has found that the reassignment of the
above-styled case would serve the interests of judicial economy, see W.D. Mich.
LCivR. 3.3.2(b)(iii);
WHEREAS Judges Robert J. Jonker and Jane M. Beckering have consented to the
reassignment of this case;
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the cases should be reassigned under Local
Rule 3.3.2(b);
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign David Sifuentes III v.
Dell Technologies, Inc., Case No. 1:24-cv-0844, to Judge Jonker and Magistrate Judge Green
pursuant to Local Rule 3.3.2(b).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Beckering,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in the above-styled case.
