WHEREAS, a portion of the above-identified case is assigned to the Honorable Janet T.
Neff;
WHEREAS, Judge Neff has taken inactive senior status and will be unavailable to
conclude proceedings in this matter;
WHEREAS, a portion of the above-identified case is assigned to the Honorable Paul L.
Maloney; and
WHEREAS, Judge Maloney has consented to the case being reassigned to him,
IT IS ORDERED that, under W.D. Mich. LCrR 56.5(a), Case No. 2:14-cr-16, US v. Hill,
et al., is REASSIGNED to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in the case referenced herein.
