undersigned, is scheduled for trial before the Honorable Robert J. Jonker on December 1, 2025;
and
WHEREAS both Article III Judges have consented to reassignment;
IT IS ORDERED that this case is REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker for all further
proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
