WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined that Case No. 1:22-cv-446,
US v. The Prometheus Group of New Hampshire Limited, et al., is related to Case No. 1:20-cr-52,
USA v. Wright, and Case No. 1:20-cr-64, USA v Beyer, assigned to the Hon. Janet T. Neff.
Pursuant to Administrative Order number 22-CA-027, Senior District Judge Janet T. Neff
has been removed from the civil case draw. Therefore, Judge Neff believes it best that these cases
be reassigned to a different federal judge.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that these cases be reassigned by random draw for all further
proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the cases referenced herein.
