WHEREAS, the Honorable Judge Gordon J. Quist has asked that this case be re-assigned
to an active district judge for all remaining proceedings, including decision on pending dispositive
motions, and any necessary trial;
WHEREAS, the undersigned has consulted with and obtained concurrence of the majority
of active district judges under Local Civil Rule 3.3.2(b)(2);
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be reassigned by random draw for all further
proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure, and that the Honorable Judge Quist have no
further responsibility for the case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
