CASE ASSIGNMENTS IN THE Administrative Order
SOUTHERN DIVISION No. 15-047

For all civil cases filed in the Southern Division on or after July 1, 2015, the following shall be
observed for purposes of case assignment:
All cases assigned to Judge Neff will be assigned to Magistrate Judge Carmody;
Cases assigned to the other District Judges shall be assigned to a magistrate judge by random
draw;
All Social Security Appeal cases shall be assigned to a magistrate judge at random in
accordance with Administrative Order 10-74.
The overall Southern Division magistrate judge assignments will result in an equitable distribution
of cases among the magistrate judges.
