WHEREAS, upon recommendation of Magistrate Judge Ray Kent, case no. 1:21-cv-664,
Ulsh v. DTN, Inc., case no. 1:21-cv-669 VanOcker v. Foundation for National Progress, and case
no. 1:21-cv-670, Meahl v. The Nation Company LLC., assigned to the Honorable Hala Y. Jarbou,
and case no. 1:21-cv-671; Hester, et al. v. Plus Communications Inc., assigned to the Honorable
Paul L. Maloney, and case no. 2:21-cv-180, Krassick v. Archaeological Institute of America,
assigned to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker, have been determined to be cognate cases which
should be assigned to one judge; and all assigned Article III Judges having consented to
reassignment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, case no. 1:21-cv-671; Hester, et al. v. Plus Communications Inc., and case no.
2:21-cv-180, Krassick v. Archaeological Institute of America, shall be REASSIGNED to the
Honorable Hala Y. Jarbou, pursuant to W.D. Mich LCivR 3.3.2(c).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that referrals in this case shall be assigned to Magistrate
Judge Ray Kent.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
