WHEREAS Case Nos. 1:25-cv-775, De Gisi v. Arbor Associates, Inc., and 1:25-cv-804,
Fowler v. Arbor Associates, Inc., are assigned to the Hon. Jane M. Beckering, and Case No. 1:25-
cv-788, Geiler v. Arbor Associates, Inc., is assigned to the Hon. Paul L. Maloney, both Article III
Judges have consented to the reassignment of the above case, and the undersigned has concluded
that the above case should be reassigned to the Hon. Jane M. Beckering under W.D. Mich.
LCivR 3.3.2(b) for reasons of judicial economy,
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:25-cv-788 to the
Hon. Jane M. Beckering under the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens shall be the assigned
magistrate judge in all three cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the Hon. Paul L.
Maloney under the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in the cases referenced herein.
