related case to Case No. 1:11-CR-222, United States v. Jerrold Marvin Lafitte, who is under
supervision to the Honorable Janet T. Neff in Case No. 1:11-CR-222,
WHEREAS, both assigned Article III Judges having consented to the reassignment of Case
No. 1:20-CR-74 under Local Rule 56.4(b)(iii)(A)(4),
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 1:20-CR-74, United States v. Jerrold Marvin Lafitte is
reassigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff, pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment of
related cases.
