WHEREAS, it has been determined that Susan Marie Norton v. Nelson MDF, LLC, Case
No. 1:23-cv-538, currently assigned to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker, is a re-filing of Susan
Marie Norton v. Modern District Financial, LLC, Case No. 1:22-cv-1155, assigned to the
undersigned, and both Article III Judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:23-cv-538 is REASSIGNED to the undersigned, pursuant to
W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(i), and W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(b).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Jonker,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
