WHEREAS the above case, assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney, involves the same
defendant as another case in this district, Case No. 1:12-cr-161, assigned to the undersigned, and
both Article III Judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve judicial
resources, the above case shall be REASSIGNED to the undersigned, pursuant to W.D. Mich.
LCrR 56.5(a).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the Honorable Paul
L. Maloney, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
