WHEREAS, the pending cases identified in the attached list are assigned to the Honorable
Gordon J. Quist; and
WHEREAS, Judge Quist has indicated his intention to take inactive senior status effective
January 1, 2023, and will be unavailable to conclude proceedings in these matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
Effective January 1, 2023,
A. the pending civil and criminal cases identified in the attached list are hereby
reassigned from Judge Quist to Judges Maloney, Jonker, Beckering and the undersigned;
B. the magistrate judges assigned to the civil cases identified in the attached list remain
assigned to those cases; and
C. any post-judgment matter now pending and any that arises going forward in any
civil or criminal matter previously assigned to Judge Gordon J. Quist shall be automatically
reassigned by the Clerk’s Office to Judge Robert J. Jonker.
