WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined Case No. 1:25-cv-780,
Carmona Perez v. Guevara, currently assigned to Judge Robert J. Jonker, is both a re-filing of (as
to Defendant Greytel Mayer Guevara only) and related to Case No. 1:24-cv-124, Carmona Perez
v. Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, and both district
judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:25-cv-780 is REASSIGNED to Judge Maloney, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(i) & (d)(iii)(A).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Jonker,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
