WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has found that Cases Numbered 1:24-cv-
0840 and 1:24-cv-0841, both filed pro se by Rex Owens, are related, see W.D. Mich.
LCivR. 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A); and
WHEREAS Judges Paul L. Maloney and Robert J. Jonker have consented to the
reassignment of the later filed case to Judge Maloney; and
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the cases should be reassigned under Local
Rule 3.3.1(d)(iii)(B);
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign Case No. 1:24-cv-0841
to Judge Maloney and Magistrate Judge Green.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Jonker,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in both cases.
