WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined Case No. 1:26-cv-116, Williams
v. Grifols Plasma Center, et al., currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, is related to Case
No. 1:25-cv-696, Williams v. Grifols Plasma Center, et al., assigned to the undersigned, and both
district judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:26-cv-116 is REASSIGNED to the undersigned, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A)(2).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Maloney,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
