WHEREAS the case listed above was inadvertently assigned a Southern Division case
number at filing, 1:22-cv-1136;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk shall transfer this case to the Northern Division
under Local Civil Rule 3.2, pursuant to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the case will remain assigned to Judge Jane M.
Beckering in the Northern Division. Another case shall be assigned to Judge Beckering in the
Southern Division according to the approved procedure.
