WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat has recommended that, pursuant to
Administrative Order 24-CA-079, Case No. 1:25-cv-1585, Coward v. Hall, should be reassigned
to the Honorable Jane M. Beckering;
WHEREAS both Article III Judges have consented to reassignment,
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 1:25-cv-1585 shall be REASSIGNED to Judge
Beckering, according to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in this case.
