WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of Magistrate Judge Ray Kent, the undersigned
has determined that the following seven cases are cognate cases that should be assigned to one
judge pursuant to W. D. Mich. LCivR. 3.3.2(c):
GS Holistic, LLC v. 616 West, LLC, et al., Case No. 1:23-cv-01261-HYJ-RSK;
GS Holistic, LLC v. Bucktown Smoke Emporium LLC, et al., Case No. 1:23-cv-01262-
JMB-SJB;
GS Holistic, LLC v. Googy Baba LLC, et al., Case No. 1:23-cv-01263-HYJ-SJB;
GS Holistic, LLC v. RZR 1 LLC, et al., 1:23-cv-01264-RJJ-RSK;
GS Holistic, LLC v. Buddy's Puff N Pass LLC, et al., 1:23-cv-01265-RJJ-PJG;
GS Holistic, LLC v. Hanadi Smoke Stop LLC, et al., 1:23-cv-01266-RJJ-SJB; and
GS Holistic, LLC v. Abro Adrian, LLC, et al, Case No. 1:23-cv-01270-PLM-SJB;
WHEREAS all assigned Article III Judges have consented to the reassignment of the
above-listed cases and the Court being mindful of the need for the exercise of judicial economy;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above-listed cases
to the undersigned and to Magistrate Judge Ray Kent under the approved procedure. See W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(c).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judges Paul L.
Maloney and Jane M. Beckering, and another three cases shall be assigned to Judge Robert J.
Jonker, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-listed cases.
