WHEREAS, the cases listed below are assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff:
Case No. 1:19-cv-628, Cain #490544 v. Palmer, et al.;
Case No. 1:21-cv-70, Cockrun v. County of Berrien, et al.;
Case No. 1:12-cr-132, USA v. Ruibal, et al.; and
WHEREAS, Judge Neff has indicated that she will be unavailable to conclude proceedings
in these matters;
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 1:19-cv-628 shall be reassigned to the Honorable Paul L.
Maloney, Case No. 1:21-cv-70 shall be reassigned to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker, and Case
No. 1:12-cr-132 shall be reassigned to the Honorable Jane M. Beckering.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-listed cases.
