WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has recommended that the above-listed case
be reassigned to Chief Judge Hala Y. Jarbou and to Magistrate Judge Ray Kent to promote judicial
economy, and
WHEREAS both Chief Judge Hala Y. Jarbou and Judge Robert J. Jonker, who is currently
assigned to the above-listed case, have consented to the reassignment, and
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the case should be reassigned under Local
Rule 3.3.2(b) for the reasons of judicial economy,
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign Gibson Brands, Inc. v. PlazaCorp
Realty Advisors, Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-766, to Chief Judge Hala Y. Jarbou and Magistrate Judge
Ray Kent under the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the above-listed case.
