WHEREAS Daretha Braziel et al. v. Governor Gretchen Whitmer, et al., Case No. 1:21-
cv-960; Dwayne Grant, et al. v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-
186; and A.M., a minor by and through, Iesha Mitchell, et al. v. City of Benton Harbor, et al., Case
No. 1:22-cv-0475 are currently assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff and she has advised that
she will be unavailable to conclude proceedings in these matters;
IT IS ORDERED that these cases be reassigned by random draw for all further
proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Green will remain the magistrate
judge available to assist in these matters.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
each of the cases referenced herein.
