The current term of the office of United States Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green is
expected to expire on July 31, 2022. The United States District Court is required by law to
establish a panel of citizens to consider the reappointment of the magistrate judge to a new
eight-year term.
NOW THEREFORE, the Court after due consideration and with the approval of the other
district judges of the District appoints the following members to the Reappointment Panel:

The panel shall meet at the call of the chairperson, and provide recommendations to the
Court by December 31, 2021.
