WHEREAS, the above case has been determined to be related to Case No. 1:20-CV-18,
Kmet v. Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, et al., a case pending before the
Honorable Janet T. Neff, in that they arise out of the same occurrence and have the same plaintiff
and overlapping defendants;
WHEREAS, with the consent of both Judges Neff and Jonker, Case No. 1:20-CV-438 is
reassigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment of
related cases.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case.
