WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has determined Case No. 1:25-cv-998, Artis
v. Baylis, et al., currently assigned to Judge Jane M. Beckering and him, and Case No. 1:25-cv-
999, Artis v. Enterprise Holdings, Inc., et al., assigned to the undersigned and Magistrate Judge
Maarten Vermaat, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii);
WHEREAS both district judges have consented to its reassignment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:25-cv-
999 to Judge Beckering.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
Further,
WHEREAS to promote judicial efficiencies, Magistrate Judge Green has recommended
that he be assigned to the case, and the undersigned has concluded that Magistrate Judge Green
should be assigned to Case No. 1:25-cv-999;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign Case No. 1:25-cv-
999 to Magistrate Judge Green under the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
