WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has determined that the cases Robin
Ballard, et al. v. Perrigo Co., Case No. 1:26-cv-1710-RJJ-PJG, and Kurtis Andree, et al. v. Perrigo
Co., Case No. 1:26-cv-1724-HYJ-RSK, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii);
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Green has recommended that Case No. 1:26-cv-1724 be
reassigned to Judge Jonker, who is assigned to the earlier-filed case;
WHEREAS Judges Jarbou and Jonker have consented to the reassignment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Kurtis Andree, et
al. v. Perrigo Co., Case No. 1:26-cv-1724, to Judge Jonker.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN the referral judge
in Case No. 1:26-cv-1274 to Magistrate Judge Green.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-referenced cases.
