WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined that Case No. 1:23-cv-498,
Stewart v. Bacigal, et al., assigned to the Honorable Jane M. Beckering, is related to Case No.
1:22-cv-1009, Stewart v. VandeVoorde, et al., assigned to the undersigned, and both Article III
Judges have consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:23-cv-498 is REASSIGNED to the undersigned, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(B), and W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(b).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens shall be the assigned
magistrate in this case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the Honorable Jane
M. Beckering, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in the case referenced herein.
