The above case appears to be the counter-complaint that was filed before the Honorable
Paul L. Maloney in case no. 1:21-cv-107, 601 West, LLC v. FJ Axe Holdings, Inc. On May 18,
2021, Judge Maloney granted plaintiff’s motion to remand the ‘107 case to state court.
With the consent of both Judges Maloney and Jonker and per Local Rule 3.3.1(d)(i), the
above matter is reassigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney.
