WHEREAS, this matter was reassigned to Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens on November
5, 2019 under Administrative Order No. 19-CA-093, and Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens, as a
former Assistant United States Attorney, has indicated a conflict of interest, and Magistrate Judge
Ray Kent is available and willing to take the case,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter shall be reassigned to
Magistrate Judge Ray Kent for all further proceedings.
