WHEREAS, Judge Jane M. Beckering has recused herself from further participation in
these cases, and it has become apparent that multiple chambers staff and Clerk’s Office staff may
be called as witnesses in the above-entitled matter,
WHEREAS, this Court requested that Sixth Circuit Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton designate
a District Judge from outside the Western District, and that the Honorable Laurie J. Michelson has
been so designated,
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall REASSIGN Case Nos. 1:23-cr-43 and
1:23-cv-403 to Eastern District Judge Laurie J. Michelson, in accordance with the approved
procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another two cases shall be assigned to Judge Jane M.
Beckering, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed each of the above-referenced cases.
Order amended to add Case No. 1:23-cv-403.
