WHEREAS, the Honorable Jane M. Beckering has issued an order recusing herself from
this matter;
IT IS ORDERED that, with the consent of both Article III Judges, Case No. 1:16-cr-37,
USA v. Gibson, et al., is REASSIGNED to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney for all further
proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, with the consent of both Article III Judges, Case
No. 1:23-cr-85, USA v. Timothy Andrew Crane, is REASSIGNED to Judge Beckering for all
further proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-listed cases.
