WHEREAS, the cases listed below are assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff:
Case No. 2:10-cr-23, USA v. George Rogers, Jr.;
Case No. 2:20-cr-26, USA v Troy Roberts; and
WHEREAS, Judge Neff has indicated that she will be unavailable to conclude proceedings
in these matters;
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 2:10-cr-23 and 2:20-cr-26 shall be reassigned to the
Honorable Jane M. Beckering.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-listed cases.
