WHEREAS then Chief Judge Robert J. Jonker issued Administrative Order 21-CA-074
directing that 22 cases filed by Kevin Cassaday be reassigned to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist to
promote judicial economy, and
WHEREAS Kevin Cassaday continues to file similar complaints, including Cassaday v.
Luebs, et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-763, and Cassaday v. United States of America, Case No. 1:22-cv-
783, which were assigned to the Honorable Jane M. Beckering, and
WHEREAS both Article III Judges have consented to the reassignment of the above cases,
and
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the above cases should be reassigned to
the Honorable Gordon J. Quist under Local Rule 3.3.2(b) to effect judicial economy,
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above cases to the Honorable
Gordon J. Quist under the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Phillip J. Green shall be the assigned
magistrate in these cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the cases referenced herein.
