matter, currently assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney, is related to case number 2:21-cv-
231, Saturation Services, LL v. Ballard Marine Construction, LLC, et al., assigned to the
Honorable Hala Y. Jarbou, and both Article III Judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, this matter is REASSIGNED to Judge Jarbou, pursuant to W.D. Mich. LCivR
3.3.1(d)(iii)(B).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each
case referenced herein.
