In Re: AMENDED CASE DRAW ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

WHEREAS, Honorable Jane M. Beckering has taken the oath of office as a United States
District Judge for this District; and
WHEREAS, the Judges of this Court have approved a plan for assignment of civil and
criminal cases, assigning percentages of the case draw to each active judge of this Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
Effective January 3, 2022, the Civil and Criminal Case Draw is hereby amended, and
filings shall be assigned according to the following allocations:
A. Civil Cases:
Judge Jonker 16%
Judge Maloney 24%
Judge Jarbou 24%
Judge Beckering 24%
Judge Neff 12%
B. Criminal Cases:
Judge Jonker 19%
Judge Maloney 27%
Judge Jarbou 27%
Judge Beckering 27%
Administrative Order No. 21-CA-073 set forth an amended criminal draw, effective as of
March 1, 2022. Further amendment is necessary to include an allocation of the draw for Judge
Beckering. Accordingly, effective March 1, 2022, the criminal filings shall be assigned according
to the following allocations:
Judge Jonker 18%
Judge Maloney 21%
Judge Jarbou 21%
Judge Beckering 21%
Judge Neff 19%
