WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has reviewed the cases listed below and
has determined that to promote “judicial economy” these cases should be assigned to one judge;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, the cases listed below shall be REASSIGNED to the Honorable Paul L
Maloney as the district judge assigned to the earliest-filed case. A majority of the active Article III
Judges have approved the reassignment, and the undersigned has concluded that the cases should
be reassigned under Local Civil Rule 3.3.2(b)(iii):
