UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT WESTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN IN THE MATTER OF REASSIGNMENT OF REFERRALS ________________________________/ FRANK LAWRENCE, Plaintiff, v. Case No. 1:09-cv-95 Administrative Order No. 20-CA-004 ERIC PELTON, et al., Defendants. ________________________________/ FRANK LAWRENCE, Plaintiff, v. Case No. 1:10-cv-467 TIMOTHY J. RAUBINGER, Defendant. __________________________________/ The above-listed cases were previously deemed related to another case in this district, Case No. 1:17-cv-289, Lawrence v. Pelton. All three cases are assigned to District Judge Paul L. Maloney, however, the magistrate judge assignment differs between the three cases. Magistrate Judge Kent is assigned in 1:17-cv-289 and Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green would normally receive referrals in the above listed cases, but Magistrate Judge Green participated in a three-judge panel to review the Plaintiff’s petition for admission to the Bar of this Court. Plaintiff’s petition was ultimately denied by the panel (Admin. Order 18-AD-013, 1:17-mc-98). With the consent of both Magistrate Judge Green and Magistrate Judge Kent, referrals in these cases will be reassigned to Magistrate Judge Kent. A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein. IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: January 10, 2020 ROBERT J. JONKER CHIEF UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
